Designed by Kim Diehl

Design Note

The yo-yos in this project, as featured in my Simple Seasons book, were hand-stitched to the background. We'll touch on this technique in class, but if you prefer, the entire applique portion of your project can be prepared using my invisible machine applique method. If you do choose to exclusively use the invisible machine applique technique, the straw needle, thimble, and thread to match the yo-yos listed under "Project Supplies" can be eliminated. Please bring all of the scraps listed for the appliques to class to give yourself plenty of choices. See you soon!
