WINTER PICNIC

Mark your calendars for our Winter Picnic Special Event on Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Rolling Meadows Community Center from 10:00 a.m. to to 3:00 p.m. Bring your UFOs and join us for a day filled with food, fun and laughter. Beverages will be provided but please bring a dish to pass. Jane Underys will make an announcement at our January meeting detailing demos and classes that will take place at this event. Sign ups for the Picnic will begin during the break period at our January meeting at which we will be accepting the $5.00 fee.

If you would like to teach a new technique, craft, or lead a group please contact the chairperson listed below. At our January and February meetings members will have the opportunity to sign up for classes, see various samples and get their supply sheets for the day.

Around noon time we will all share in a delicious potluck lunch that surpasses every other and who doesn't want to share a recipe or two from the feast? Near the end of our day we have a show and tell and then it's time to say goodbye until the next Special Event Day. Memories to share and treasure, new friends to make along with new ideas for future projects. Such a good and special event!!!
