On the first Saturday of the month, the bee is held at the Elk Grove Library, Elk Grove Village, IL. (see map). While a demo by one of the members is usually a focal point of this fun event, it is loosely structured. Some come because the tables are large and the lighting is good, allowing them to pin their quilt tops to batting and backing, and perhaps even start the quilting process. Some people find inspiration and guidance in the amount of experience the rest of the group has. Still others prefer to sew and visit. Members may work on any project they choose to bring.
Hours are from 10am - 4pm.
